Our specialty dairy products are living foods. We use traditional techniques and only the highest quality ingredients to produce our cultured butter and cheese.
We moved to our 11 acre peach farm in 2018. We named it ‘Ghost Rock’ after observing the surrounding mesas glowing at night, and to honor our Grandmother who lived in the Grand Valley.
Halsey and Tess have been making cheese professionally for over a decade. Our love for cheesemaking has taken us from Vermont, to Wisconsin, to Tasmania. We’ve now settled in Palisade on our family peach farm.
This is real, traditional, slow food. As the seasons change the products reflect this. The culturing process creates a unique and delicious flavor in every batch we make.
